About the Author

Kelli Russell Agodon is a poet, essayist, and teacher. She is the author of five books of poetry, including Hourglass Museum, which was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. Her essays have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Orion magazine. Agodon teaches creative writing at the University of Washington.
